Has anyone else had difficulty in getting the three position rear seat into the "reclining" position? (This is the flatest position that almost gets the seat to a complete horizontal position.) In the video's, the demonstrator simply slides the top rail to the left and viola... the seat reclines into an almost flat position. When I attempt to slide the rail it will not move. I've tried all kinds of variations in how I slide the rail, but I cannot get it to move.

*** UPDATE *** In order for the seat in the R4 to go into full recline, you must first have the seat totally vertical before the rail will slide. PERFECTLY vertical. Then, you can slide the rail, and the seat will fully recline. Mystery solved.
