My power tilt and trim stopped working... it just clicks in the up or down position. I checked the motor by hooking up the green and blue wire to battery and it works fine.. up and down when reversing polarity....also check relays. They were fine but replaced anyway to have spares just in case. Fluid is fine... no debris preventing it from working. I'm stuck on what to do next..........
So you did replace the solenoids? If motor is good, solenoids are good, my next guess would be either the trim switch or the wiring from the switch. Does the trailer switch work? Grab a multimeter and check the signal wires coming from the switch to the solenoids. Specifically the red power wire, fuse labeled (a), and breaker labeled (e) in the diagram below since neither the up nor down works. From the wiring diagram, I'm thinking you should have +12v constant on the red wire and you should see +12v on the blue wire when trimming up and +12v on the green wire when trimming down.
