2020 Cobalt 220S engine quits

We bought this boat last Fall and it had 370 Hrs on it. We were able to put about 13 hrs on it last year.
We were out yesterday for the first time this season and had been out for an hour and a half or so and the engine just quit out of the blue. After I come to terms with what had just happened (Of course I checked the Fuel gauge) I tried to start it and it fired right up. We boated back towards our dock. We stopped for a bit then went back out and after about 30 minutes it did the same thing and then started right back up again.
Any ideas? Fuel pump, Fuel filter?
