Coming back from castle cove at 30mph a two beep alarm started. It only beeped every few minutes. No loss of power and all gauges reading good. I throttled down and shut it off to open the engine bay. All looked ok. It wouldn't start! I finally got it going and it ran fine but alarm still beeped. When I got to PCM it would not idle and would not restart. I finally got it going but had to literally hand walk it into the slip.
Idle air control? If it dies with the throttle closed but will start and stay running with the throttle cracked a bit that's my bet.
